Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Calendar Order: To order the calendar simply fill in the order form below ensuring that you provide all necessary shipping details. You will receive confirmation of the order and invoice (including shipping costs) by email within 5 working days.
2. Size and Price: A3 wall hanging calendar measures 300mm x 425mm, 13 pages in colour, wire-o binding at the short edge, front transparent, back black cover sheet, metal spiral (silver), provided with calendar hook. Cover and month pages are printed on 170gsm weight extra firm glossy (off-white) paper. Weight of 1 calendar – 370 grams.
Price: € 15,00
Shipping costs: The shipping costs depend on the weight (number of calendars) and destination (country). We can calculate the prince, after your order. Hereunder a few examples of the shipment costs:
3. Payment Terms: Buyer must pay in advance, including estimated freight. Payment must be made by credit card or by IBAN within 14 days after the invoice date. If you don’t pay within 14 days, we will cancel your order.
4. Cancellations of Order: Buyer can choose to cancel the order, if the shipping costs does not meet the expectations and any time before order has been dispatched.
If an order must be canceled, we must receive written notice of cancellation by email armand.luitwieler@wdsf.nl .
The order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery.
You must be refunded within 14 days of cancellation, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different payment method.
5. C.O.D.’s: NOT AVAILABLE.
6. Calendar will be shipped out to the buyer within 10 working days (excluding holidays) after payment. We can estimate but cannot promise or guarantee ship dates.
Buyer with time-sensitive situations must alert the WDSF at the time of order placement. Although no express guarantees, however, we will attempt to work with buyers to satisfy their needs.
7. Product Availability: Please be aware calendars are a product with a short sales life so often product inventories will exhaust before the end of the calendar year. Buyers are therefore encouraged to order early to avoid delays in shipping or the risks of inventory exhaustion.
8. Order Acceptance: All orders, terms and conditions of sale are binding upon the buyer after order acceptance.
